Good morning! I am combining prompts today, you guys because I just can't seem to find enough time to blog lately. And I lucked out because the prompts matched enough. Yay! So, seafoam and mint. I feel like they are practically the same color. They are, right??? Anyway, here is what I came up with.
This mint/seafoam camo manicure is all freehand. And...I don't know why the pictures came out so bad, but they did. By the time I had uploaded them to add my watermarks, it was already chipping, so it was too late to retake photos. Hey, sometimes that happens. But seriously, you can tell what's going on here. And it doesn't look bad in the smaller photos. :P I used Hello Kitty Minty, Wet n Wild Tree Hugger, and NYC Tudor City Teal for this. I just drew various blobby shapes. Hey, turns out camo is pretty easy!
Thank you so much for stopping by. Please make sure you check out what my fellow bloggers did for these prompts!

40 Great Nail Art Ideas - Teal
I'm back this week for the next rendition of 40 Great Nail Art Ideas. This week's theme is teal, so I wanted to show off an idea that is pretty easy to execute for a cool looking teal manicure. I've done this one before, but this time I mixed up the colors. Here is my teal splatter mani!
I used the technique found here. I started off with Julep Donna as my base, which is a deep teal cream. Then, I used the splatter technique to add Sally Hansen Kiwi Bikini, Hello Kitty Minty, and Wet n Wild Black Creme. I kept adding layers until I liked it, and then added topcoat. Easy!
Here is what Donna looks like by herself. This one is a really nice formula and went on in two coats.
Make sure you check out what everyone else did for this week's teal manicures! Thanks for looking!

52 Week Pick n Mix - TV
This week's prompt for the 52 Week Pick n Mix Challenge is TV. I decided to do a TV show that my husband and I have been re-watching on Netflix lately: Naruto! My husband and I are not necessarily anime fanatics, however we definitely do like a lot of the anime that's out there and this show is no exception. It's goofy and lighthearted for the most part, but there are some insanely sad episodes, too. I just love it when shows give me "the feels", so this one became a favorite of ours. I was super excited not to be limited by any particular color choice on this one so that I could get in some serious nail art. :)
I used Wet n Wild Tree Hugger for my base, then added my nine-tailed fox, the leaf ninja headband, and the Naruto logo using Zoya Arizona, Essie Meet Me At Sunset, Revlon First Class, Pure Ice Black Rage and SuperStar!, and Julep Dendrie.
Here is what Wet n Wild Tree Hugger looks like on its own. It is a pale minty cream that paints on nice and smooth. I did two coats here.
Thank you so much for looking. Have a great Friday, and make sure you check out what everyone else did for this week's TV prompt!

Ocean Nailart - Lunchtime Nail Fun!
Last Friday, I had offered to do my coworker, Angela's, nails during our lunch break. She gave me her favorite colors (blues/greens), and the theme - ocean. I packed up a selection of about twenty of my most ocean-y blues and greens, some great glitters, white, and a sandy shade to be used for any stamping. I also packed up a bunch of plates that had ocean/beach-y images on them. At lunch, we sat down, I busted out my selection of polish (a embarrassing quantity of blues and greens for someone to own...and that wasn't even ALL of them), and the plates. Then, I had her pick her favorites. She got to see how I feel whenever I try to sit down for a manicure. So many choices! So much glitter! So much shiny distraction! It's a wonder I ever get anything done once I sit down in my nail nook lol.
Pardon the quality of these photos. I took them with my phone under some crazy office florescent light. :)
Once she settled on her favorite couple of colors, I helped her narrow it down by which ones looked best together, and we settled on Zoya Tallulah and Black Poppy Turquoise (it's nameless but pretty so it's forgiven). Since I didn't want to make too much of a mess, I used my Loki's Nailvinyls aprons on her (she was amazed by those), and then I did a gradient using the two colors we had picked. While that dried, I had her pick out her favorite couple of images (also hard because I brought so many plates!). She settled on a wave-like pattern from Mash-50 and the fish and starfish images off of MoYou Sailor plate 10. I also set aside Mash-39 because I decided she needed mermaid nails too, and painted the tips of each of her thumbs using Rainbow Honey Aqua Crystalline. I stamped the images on using Wet n Wild A Latte Love, then we let that dry and I did peeled off the aprons and did some cleanup. After that, I slapped on some Seche Vite and we were all done. I am so stoked on how these came out, and Angela totally deserves to be treated to this kind of thing more often, so maybe I will try to make that happen. ;)
Angela took these photos with her phone later that day. They are slightly blurry, but show off the sparkle on the thumbs really well!
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I appreciate all of you who come to look and read so much!

52 Week Pick n Mix Challenge - Aqua + Splatter
I'm back this evening with some splatter nail art! I was a bit nervous to try this again, as my last splatter adventure did not go that great. This time, though, I was the queen of the splatter. I owned that straw and made it do my bidding, like the queen that I am! lol
I am so in love with how this came out. I used Wet n Wild Break The Ice for my base, then used the straw technique to splatter on Zoya Zuza, Julep Donna, and Finger Paints Dragon Lady. Just like that. Haha ok, so it wasn't completely a piece of cake. But, I perfected my straw-blowing technique and it came out quite good.
Here is what Break The Ice looks like on it's own. Warning, it took me 4 coats to get to this opacity. It is extremely thin. It is probably better suited for wearing as a topper, but whatevs. :)
Thank you so much for looking today! I hope you all have a great remainder of the week. I'll be back on Friday!

Ornate Coral Nail Art
Hi everyone. My stamping group on facebook had a complex challenge for this half of the month, and I tried my best to achieve a result that fulfilled the challenge. We were to incorporate coral, stamping, ornate, and use some different nail art technique. That sure was a lot of prompts! But, I persevered, and came up with this.
I started off with Wet n Wild Warm Filter for my base, and them stamped the design using OPI Cha-Ching Cherry and PUEEN44. After that I used my Loki's Nail Vinyls to create the half moon shape and filled it in with Cha-Ching Cherry. The next part was the part I hated the most: placing those tiny caviar beads on my nails. It was painstakingly fine work. My hand kept cramping up! But I fought through the pain (lol) because this was important to me.
Oh my, you can tell I'm tired. Anyway, here is what Wet n Wild Warm Filter looks like on it's own. This was two coats. It was pretty opaque, but needed two coats to avoid any thin spots.
I'm off to bed, but I'll be back in a few days with my mani for this week's 52 Week Pick n Mix. Have a great evening!

52 Week Pick n Pix Challenge - Lilac and Pink Rose Nail Art
Wooooooo! First of all, yay it's FRIDAY! I'm telling you what: I need this weekend sooo bad. So bad. I'm back at it today with the 52 Week Pick n Mix. This week is Roses + Pink and Lilac, so I threw a little white in there too and rocked out the dots as well! I busted out my newest lilac polish from Wet n Wild's Silver Lake Collection for my base.
I added my roses freehand using Nicole by OPI Ama-Zing! and did the detail using essie marshmallow (because it's sheer, so it turned light pink), and used Pure Ice SuperStar! for the white detail in the roses and the dots on my accent nails.
Here is what Wet n Wild Reject the Mainstream looks like all by itself. It's a really pretty dusty lavender cream. It was nice and opaque too, this is two coats.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great weekend everyone!

Pink Floral Manicure with MoYou Suki XL Plate 06
Good evening! I know I've been MIA for a while, so I'm sorry for that. I had a bit of a health issue that laid me up for a few days and then lots of housework to catch up on afterward, so my nails have been neglected. But, I am totally fine now, so I am hoping to get myself caught back up on my blog now too! Today I have for you a mani that I am doing for the Stamping Plate Challenge. I chose MoYou Suki XL Plate 06, and opted to use the floral pattern on the plate.
I used Wet n Wild Stream of Consciousness from their Silver Lake Collection for my base. It is a soft, shimmery pink. It built up in three coats, but was pretty sheer. After that, I made decals by stamping the image in Nicole by OPI Be Ama-Zing!, and painted the background in white. I was pretty sloppy with it, but it was somewhat intentional. :)
Here is what Stream of Consciousness looks like on it's own. All of the colors from this collection are so pretty. I don't usually want all of the colors from any given collection, so that is a good thing!
Thank you so much for coming back to visit my blog! I'll be back in a couple days with my April Rainbow Honey Mystery Bag!

Blobbicure + Stamping with MoYou Pro XL 05
Happy Saturday everyone! I have another mani for you today using this MoYou Pro plate for the Stamping Plate Challenge. I used some more of my new polishes from the Wet n Wild Silver Lake collection, too. This is Wear Skinny Jeans and A Latte Love in a fabulous beachy manicure! ;)
I decided to use the shell image from the plate this week, and knew instantly what colors to use. The light blue and sand make me wish I was in a beach house right now and not experiencing yet another bout of cold weather and snow. It can't be too much longer, right???!!
Here is what Wet n Wild Wear Skinny Jeans looks like by itself. It's a lovely soft blue, with a silvery shimmer that my camera refused to photograph for some reason. It's a very slight shimmer, but you can see it in real life. :)
Thank you so much for stopping by today to look at my mani. I hope you all have an awesome weekend!

52 Week Pick n Mix Challenge - Negative Space + 3 Pastels
Ok, so here I am posting my mani at the last minute again haha. I was going to do a cute manicure with little cupcakes for my birthday, but I had too many challenges happening, so I am skipping that little plan. :P Today, I have for you instead, my negative space mani including 3 pastels to complete both prompts for the week. Some of you may have seen on instagram that I nabbed the entire Wet n Wild Silver Lake collection of polishes. I used three of them here so I could show them off right away.
This is Wet n Wild Warm Filter, Reject The Mainstream, and Tree Hugger. I used striping tape to create the negative spaces, and ended up having to do this twice on each nail because the polishes needed two coats.
I am not a fan of the negative space just because I am paranoid that my nails are stained. They actually really aren't stained too badly at the moment, so this doesn't look too bad. I actually got a lot of compliments on these. I think people were just interested because it's different and not something you see every day.
Thanks so much for looking. Make sure you check out what everyone else did for this week's prompts!

52 Week Pick n Mix Challenge - Music + Not Worn Enough
Good morning. Well, I had wanted to post this manicure last night, but unfortunately, I fell asleep. So, you are getting it a day late, but I am rested, so that is good. With this mani, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do at first. I was trying to think of a band's cover art to do, or something like that, but every time I started thinking about it, I wouldn't be able to come up with anything. Music makes me think of my sister, so I kept circling back to her. The girl literally lives for music. She loves it. It is her passion. So, I decided to go another direction and just let her inspire my musical nails. Now, when I think of my sister, I think of natural beauty. She gravitates toward neutral and earthy colors, and seriously is just effortlessly beautiful. So, I was digging through my messy drawer of untrieds and came across China Glaze Lug Your Designer Baggage. It is an neutral brown base with gold flakies, and instantly made me think of my sister (color-wise I mean, the name is basically the exact opposite of my sister haha). I came up with the rest pretty quickly.
So after painting my nails with CGLYDB, I found a few stamping plates from the sets I received at Christmas, and added some musical stamps using PUEEN47 and Bundle Monster plate BM-411 with Wet n Wild Wet Cement.
Here is CGLYDB by itself. It's a brown crelly with loads of little gold flakies that builds up to opacity quickly in just two coats. This is a color that I bought just because it looks interesting and different, and I really don't wear brown much unless it fits my nail art, so I figured this color would fit well with the "not worn enough" prompt.
Thank you so much for stopping by on this lovely Easter Sunday. Have a great day everyone!

Butterfly Manicure for Spring
Good morning! The theme this week in our stamping group is Spring, and, although I know the good weather is right around the corner, the persistent cold around here has been keeping me down. Well, this mani may have just pulled me right out of it because it makes me happy just to look at it! I did some simple stamping in green and then created some butterfly stamping decals to place over top. I really love how these came out!
I started off with two coats of Julep Francis, then stamped this vine pattern using Bundle Monster plate BM-406 and NYC High Line Green. Here is what it looked like before I added my butterflies.
After that, I created decals using PUEEN39 (and removed all of the flowers). I colored in each butterfly using Sally Hansen Purple Craze, Barielle Joytini, and Wet n Wild Dream Poppy. I added white to the back of each one to make the colors brighter. Once they were dry, I placed them on each nail at different angles, then added topcoat.
Hooray for Spring! I'm so excited to finally feel WARM again! Here is a quick swatch of Julep Francis all by itself. I'm slowly working my way through a lot of my untried colors, but it is taking a while. :)
Thank you so much for stopping by to read! Please make sure you take a peek at what everyone else did for their spring manis!

52 Week Pick n Mix - Fishbraid + Non-Glitter Topper
You all know I am too lazy (busy???) to do more than one mani for the 52 Week Pick n Mix lately, so I combined the prompts yet again. I have been so slammed with work lately, I have had very little time to think about my blog. Hopefully I can figure out how to get that under control. Anyway, I decided I wanted to use a combination of old and new non-glitter toppers of the iridecent variety over top of solid black in my mani this week.
I accomplished this look by painting my nails with 2 coats of Wet n Wild Black Creme, and then used striping tape to mask out my fishbraid design. I painted in each section with the three colors I picked, alternating them as I went.
Here are what the three polishes look like in the bottles. It's crazy how much some of them change once painted over black. Butter London Petrol is the blue, Pro Strong Enchanted is the pink, and green is Loreal The Temptress' Power (I know, right!?). That last one is the most shocking transformation out of them all.
I hope you like my mani this week! Make sure you check out what everyone else did for this challenge. :)
