Hello and happy Thursday! It's Friday-Eve, so that means the weekend is almost here! Woooooo! Today, I have for you my mystery bag from Rainbow Honey! I got two full-size polishes this month, a lip balm, lip scrub, and whipped cream soap. The lip stuff is cucumber melon scented and smells so good. I haven't used the soap yet, but I really like the concept. :D
This first polish is Called Planet M. It is a lovely deep magenta pink with tiny iridescent flakies, and blue shimmer. I did two coats here with one coat of topcoat.
The stamping was done using Mundo de Unas Sunflower and BM-XL29. Man I love my MdUs, they are my favorite!
The other polish I received is called Caramel Forest. It is a glitter topper with orange metallic hexes, large white squares, small black and gold hexes, and gold flakies and shimmer. It is shown here over Rainbow Honey Mr. Saturn. It's super sparkly in person. I did two coats and then added topcoat.
Thank you so much for looking today. I will be back on Friday or Saturday with this week's challenge post for the Nail Tarts!

November 2015 Julep It Girl Box
Hello! So, I took forever to get these swatches up, but I have the November 2015 It Girl box up on my blog finally. I really have not been in the blogging mood lately. I paint my nails, and even take the pics, but then they just sit on my camera for weeks. Whoopsie. Anyway, I have 4 swatches for you from this box.
I did not swatch the shimmer topcoat because I didn't have a chance to wear it on it's own, AND I had a really bad break with a sloppy patch, so sheer polish is NOT happening right now. :)
First up, we have Sonia. This is a metallic blue that dries to a matte finish. It is super opaque, and went on in just one coat. This is without topcoat.
Next, we have Rashida. This one is the same formula as Sonia, but is a soft bronze color. It went on in one smooth coat, and this swatch is with no topcoat.
Next, is Kris. This is a gorgeous shimmery silver. It looks almost flaky, and I struggle to describe it. It has tiny holographic shimmers in it that were really hard to capture. Basically, it's sparkle-central. I did two coats here.
Last, we have Melody. Melody is a glitter topcoat. You have to shake it to get the glitters to even out in the base. This was apparently done on purpose, but it really wasn't anything special to me. It contains tiny holographic glitters, silver shimmer, and multi-colored iridescent glitter. I painted it over white, to show the color variations.
That is all I have today. I will be back Saturday with some wintery nail art for you!

Purple & Gold Stamping
Hi everyone. I did a quick stamping mani for Stamping Saturday. I got some new plates from Bundle Monster recently, so I thought I play a bit with some of the images. I used Butter London Stroppy for my base - my husband picked it out. :) Then, I stamped over top using Julep Sienna and BM-XL174.
It came out pretty nice, although I struggled a bit with my placement. Oh well, I'm putting one of those clear jelly stampers on my Christmas list. Hopefully Santa brings it. ;)
This is what Butter London Stroppy looks like on its own. It's a lovely bright, shimmery purple. I did two coats here and a coat of Out The Door topcoat.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Make sure you check out what everyone else did for their Stamping Saturday manis!

52 Week Pick n Mix Challenge - Zig Zag + Dark and Grungy
Oh my goodness, it's the last mani of the 52 Week Pick n Mix Challenge! I can't believe it has been a whole year since it started, and I really can't believe that I managed to finish! I have another challenge coming up with the wonderful Nail Tarts, so things won't be changing much around here. This one is going to be totally awesome, and I am just so excited for it, so stay tuned. For this week's challenge, the prompts are zig zag and dark and grungy. I grew up in the 90s, so grungy is not hard for me lol. Although, I was determined to use and unswatched polish in the manicure, so that added a little bit of a challenge. I'm still trying to get rid of my neverending pile of untried polish!
I wound up using The New Black Elephant Hide for my base. It is from their Safari collection and is a black base filled with gold glitters. After that, I used my Loki's Nail Vinyls to create the zigs (not so much zag here lol), and painted over them using another untried polish, OPI Just Spotted The Lizard. I have had this polish forever and have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to use it. This seemed lime the perfect chance.
It's a little dark, grunge, AND glam haha. Here is what The New Black Elephant Hide looks like on it's own. I used two coats here with one coat of Out The Door topcoat.
Thank you so much for checking out my very last 52 Week Pick n Mix post. This challenge has been an absolute blast and I really enjoy seeing what my fellow Nail Tarts come up with each week for the prompts! Make sure you check out what everyone did for this week!

Black & Gold Half Stamped Nailart
For this week's stamping challenge, the prompt was "taped off/half stamped nails". This is the last prompt using this CICI&SISI plate for this month's Stamping Plate Challenge. I used Rainbow Honey Costa Dorada for my base, and stamped using Konad Special Black.
I taped off half of my nail diagonally with regular scotch tape. Then, I just stamped the image in black and peeled the tape back off. Easy peasy. :)
Thank you as always for stopping to read and look at my pictures! Have a great week. I'll be back from vacation on 9/7!

Rainbow Honey July Mystery Bag
I love, love, love my mystery bags from Rainbow Honey! Such a great collection of colors every time and some are sneak peeks of upcoming collections and new bath and body items! This time was no exception. I'm so spoiled by indies anymore, I am constantly lemming on new unique polishes. And if you hit the sales right with free shipping, it's actually cheaper than some mainstream polishes, so what's not to love?!
This time around, I received three new polishes, pomelo scented body spray, shea butter skin treatment, and sweet mandarin lip scrub. The body spray smells so good. I have their cuticle oil in the same scent, and it's my fave. The shea butter is nice too. I used it on my hands and it felt really nice.
Alright, on to the polish! First, we have Summer Tan. This polish has a tan creamy base with tiny gold glitters throughout. I don't really know how to describe it other than to say that it is glowy. This is two coats with one coat of Seche Vite on top.
Next, is Calama. This one is really pretty and totally unique in my collection. It is a super opaque green filled with tiny shimmery glitters. It's really opaque - this is only one coat!
Last, I have Costa Dorada. It is a beautiful gold-yellow base filled with gold flakies, shimmers, and hex glitters.

52 Week Pick n Mix Challenge - Tape Mani + Green
Happy Monday! Well, it is for me anyway, I'm on my last day of a four
day weekend, so I have to make this day count. My husband and I
celebrated our 13 year wedding anniversary yesterday (can you believe
it?! I feel soooo old!), and we are making today count too! We're off to
brunch in a little bit, and then we are going to cuddle and watch
movies the rest of the day, oh and then we are going to the beach for a
walk at sunset - that is one of my favorite things to do. I needed the
relaxation - I was getting very stressed out at work. Anyway, I have a
new mani for you today that I am pretty stoked on. It is one of my
better tape manis, in my opinion - ha!
I used all Rainbow Honey polishes for this one (mostly because I was swatching them, and decided this was the perfect green for my base. I'll have the swatches for you by the end of this week. Anyway, the base is Calama, the paler green is Stolen Dance, and the gold is Cuprum Veritas. I used striping tape to make my initial 'V' using Stolen Dance, then once it was dry, I used striping tape to make my thin gold outline as well.
Thank you so much for checking out my post today! I appreciate it very much and love all of you to bits for every view and comment! Please make sure you share the love with my fellow bloggers and take a peek at what they did for this week's challenge, too!

Dragon Skin Manicure with MoYou Pro XL 05
Hi everyone! Today, I have for you another manicure using my MoYou London Pro XL 05 plate. I was having a rough time finding another image on here that I hadn't used before and actually wanted to try. I am not a fan of animal prints, but I am a fan of dragons, and other magical creatures, so I decided to call this reptile look "dragon skin". ;)
I started off with a base of Julep Kendra, then sponged on a shimmery green, Barielle Positive Zen-ergy. After that, I stamped the print over top using Julep Savoy, which is a metallic gold polish.
Here is what Julep Kendra looks like by itself. This is two coats. The formula is nice, and it painted on smooth and dried shiny.
Thank you so much for looking, and I will be back in a couple days with another mani. :)

Butterfly Manicure with MoYou Pro XL 05
Hi everyone! Today I have a recreation of a mani by Kitt at The Cat's Claws. For this week's stamping plate challenge, I had to recreate someone else's mani using the plate I selected at the beginning of the month. After looking around online, I decided I liked her nailart the best. :)
I did not have the same nail polish colors that she had, but I had a bunch that were similar enough to make it work. I used Julep Melanie and Mahima, Butter London Knees Up, and COS BAR Orange.
I sponged on the colors in the same pattern, then stamped the butterfly wing pattern over top using Konad Special Black polish. After that, I added my dots with Konad Special White and a dotting tool.
Thank you so much for looking. I'll be back in a couple of days with my negative space mani for the 52 Week Pick n Mix Challenge. :)

Stamping with MoYou London XL Pro Plate 12
Hi everyone. I am trying to get back into the groove of regular posting again now that the holidays are over. This is just a quick stamping mani I did for my facebook group. The prompt this week is to use our newest stamping plate. Since I received this plate and a bundle monster set for Christmas, I had a lot to choose from, but ended up going with good old MoYou. ;)
I stamped over top of Julep Sharna, which I swatched earlier this week for you. The stamping and glossy top coat really amps it up. I love all of the sparkle. The plate stamped like a dream, as all of my MoYou London plates have. I took two floral images from this plate and stamped them in different directions on each nail using Konad Special Black polish.
Hooray for glitter!!! Make sure you check out what everyone else has to show off for their newest stamping plates!
